I have extensive experience designing animation environments, from concept through to finished color.

As a Lead Environments Artist I successfully directed an extremely talented team in establishing and maintaining a high standard of quality, cohesive show style, and pipeline optimization.

There’s more to filling out a world than just the background. I’ve designed show logos, branding, type treatments, and photo composites for animation and late night comedy.

Art Direction

With my experience in both animation and late-night comedy, I was fortunate to be named Art Director for the two-time Emmy®-nominated Stephen Colbert Presents Tooning Out The News. I was responsible for hiring and directing designers and vfx artists to create characters, environments, show branding, multiple satirical cable news graphics packages, and to oversee all of the design and graphic needs of this unique show—one with all the demands of both an animated series and a daily comedy news show.
